What We Look For

• Current health requirements as needed (TB test and others)
• At least 2 years of hands-on caregiving experience
• Professional certification such as CNA, PCA, or HHA preferred
• Proof of legal ability to work in the United States
• Clean criminal background check with 7-year lookback
• Positive and verifiable professional references
• No state board or disciplinary actions
• Reliable transportation and a safe driving record
